General conditions for realization of campaigns
Campaign order
The customer submits a claim for lease on advertising areas in written form (e-mail).
Each claim must contain: customer’s data, name of the campaign, lease period, number of locations, geographic expansibility and the type of advertising objects to be rented.
Akzent Media sends, in a written form, an offer to the Customer with a specification of micro-locations with geographic expansibility according to Customer’s claim. The specification also contains increased number of locations for 30%-50% for choosing, prices and discounts in accordance with the general actual price list.
The Customer is obliged to respond until the expiration of the time limit appointed in the offer itself.
If the Customer shall not respond after the expiration of the appointed period, the locations shall not be at his disposal for making a selection and they shall be offer for sale.
Unless the Customer shall confirm that he accepts the offer, he shall reserve, in a written form, the specification with accurately determined locations he shall use in the contractual period for his campaign. Akzent Media shall confirm the reservation with calculation made.
After making a reservation of advertising areas, cancellation of the reservation within 1-15 days before the beginning of the campaign shall not be possible.
Withdrawal of already began forth-week campaign under previously agreed terms and conditions shall not be possible and the very same Akzent Media shall invoice 100%. Cancellation of already began several-month campaign before the agreed term of campaign’s closure shall be possible with prior written request at least 30 days before the requested date for termination of the campaign. In that event, Akzent Media shall invoice the campaign completely until the dismissal date.
For reservation on behalf of the Customer under a specification with determined locations, the Customer and Akzent Media are obliged to conclude a cooperation contract.
The signed contract may be canceled by both the Customer and Akzent Media before the expiration date with a written statement to the other party. The contract shall be considered canceled after the expiration of the appointed termination period in that contract and he shall be treated as canceled from the day of the submitting the written statement.
If an annual lease agreement or budget contract is made for which the Customer has gained exclusive rent prices shall be canceled on behalf of the Customer, he shall not have right to an exclusive price for the agreed campaign amount and he shall be obliged to pay the regular price without the additional discount during using the contract according to the official price list of Akzent Media.
In the event when Accent Media demands unilaterally premature cancellation of the contact, Akzent Media shall be obliged to return to the Customer part of the paid amount proportionally for the period that the Customer has not an opportunity to use the advertising area which is a subject to the signed contact due to its premature cancellation.
Akzent Media shall not place posters on its advertising areas with negative and/or provocative and/or pejorative content towards other clients, persons or institutions. Akzent Media shall reserve the right to decide whether the content of the poster contains the above mentioned characteristics. Provided that the reservation of the campaign is cancelled due to the above stated reasons, the Customer is obliged to pay 100% of the lease amount.
According to the legal regulations, the Customer shall bear all injurious consequences that will derive from the illegal advertising and he is obliged to bear all the expenses that would arise as a result of it.

Lease price, discounts, method of payment
Lease price for advertising is given in Euros in the price list and it applies to four-week rent.
Lease period may be longer or shorter than four weeks.
In the price list the appointed prices for lease of billboards are given in the interval from – to depending on billboard’s location.
Discounts are determined based on the number of advertising areas, the lease period and geographic expansibility of the campaign.
Prices in the price list are given in Euros in net amount, without Value-added tax (abbr.VAT) to the tune of 18% and the same shall be appointed additionally in the invoices that Akzent Media shall issue to the Customer and that invoice shall be paid on behalf of the Customer.
Invoicing is in Denar equivalent according to the middle exchange rate of the National bank on the day of invoicing.
The payment for everything agreed shall be made upon issuing invoice in the agreed method.
For advanced payment of the total amount for the advertising campaign 7 days before the beginning of the campaign, the client shall receive an additional 3% discount.
Providing the payment is made with a bank guarantee, the client shall receive additional 2, 5% discount.

Submitting design solution, printing, assembly and maintenance
Provided that Akzent Media shall print the posters, the Customer is obliged to send the printing file 3 days before the beginning of the campaign. Akzent Media shall not bear responsibility for a delivery delay or delivered damaged or unusable material.
The printing file for the posters must contain the following characteristics:
50cm x 24cm / 300dpi/ CMYK/ in *.PSD, *.EPS or *.TIFF format (in proportion 1:10).
Print safe margin in width 10cm left, right and at the bottom, 15cm at the top must not contain textual or picturesque message, while the background goes to the very end. For additional information, please visit our website www.akzentmedia.com.mk.
The assembly of the posters is included in the price for printing as appointed in the offer.
Akzent Media is obliged to finish the assembly within 1-3 working days starting from the beginning of the campaign for Skopje, and 1-5 working days for campaign with national expansibility.
Akzent Media is obliged to maintain the advertising area in aesthetic fine condition. Akzent Media maintains the advertising areas through its highly professional mobile teams who sustain their condition every day.
The Customer is obliged to provide 10% spare posters from the total number of leased advertising areas. Spare posters are used in case of replacement of damaged poster by outside influences, third parties etc.
The printing file for the posters must contain the following characteristics:
50cm x 24cm / 300dpi/ CMYK/ in *.PSD, *.EPS or *.TIFF format (in proportion 1:10).

Photo documentation
Akzent Media shall submit photo documentation in digital form to the Customer within 10-15 days from the beginning of the campaign.
